1. A group dedicated to the belief that white people are superior to ther races is palnning a punlic meeting.Member of another organization which represents a minority group. have said that if this meeting is held, they will break it up.There is the possibility of a violent clash between two groups. Should the government prohibit the group from the meeting in public? Explain your answer.

2.Some religious groups have suggested adding an amendment to the Constitution permitting voluntary prayer in public schools. Would you support such as amendment? Why or why not?

3.How would the United States be differnet today if we had an official nationnal religion? What changes would be good ones? What changes would be bad ones. Explane your answer.

4. Under What conditions (like 5 basic right) do you think public school principals should have the right to censor school-sponsored newspapers? Explain your answer.

Most African Americans who are interested in finding their roots in Africa, tend to look more in the direction of countries like South Africa and Ghana. Ghana sounds logical because of all the memorabilia but did the slave havesters really go as far as South Africa? How were the slaves transported to their shipment ports like Ghana and Senegal?

One day or night Harrient Tubman was cleaning or picking cotton or doing something inslaved (under the order of another).

There had to be an 'ahhh' moment that everything changed for her.... she looked around and in her heart she was no longer a slave... she was free! She might have still physically been on the plantation and looked like a slave but in HER mind she was FREE.... she was free before she ever stepped foot off of that plantation.... she made the choice to no longer be a slave...

My question is what do you think her first thought was the moment she was FREE within? Did she look around and chuckle? Did she look around to see if anyone else felt/heard that "ahhh" that she just felt? Did she think she was crazy?

What do you think her first thought was?
Imagine how mind blowing that first second for her must have been when she made the choice to no longer be a slave.....
