im 14 years old and i have a problem with achiveving flexibility in my hamstings....im very close to doing the side splits on both sides...about 5cm off the ground..but i cant bend over and touch my toes in simple stretches

i quit dance when i was like 5. i really regret it. i want to be back in dance sooo bad. is it too late for me to start taking classes and learn how to dance. and if its not too late will i be able to learn fairly quickly and be good at it?

ok i tried out this year for colorguard and i didnt make it do u think i should keep trying out until i make it or just give up? my bffl who made it said to keep trying out until i made it but i dont know what i should do. im tr ying out for dance this year and if i make it and enjoy it im going to keep doing it but if i dont i might tryout for colorguard next y ear what should i do

I am now attending salsa dance classed. Now there are ten couples in this class and I have a partner. SHe is really attarctive. I am totally excited when i see her. YO ucan imagine how wxcited my penis gets when I touch her. Also she wears very revealing clothes. She wears sleeveless and short tank tops and shorts. Wwhil doing salsa, invariably I have to put my hand all over her body and most of the time i keep touching her hands, midriff and legs. I simplty cannnot control myself and my penis gets really erect. This gets very embarassing because in teh class there are lots of other people and they are seeing my penis get erect!! What do I do?

The shoes that I have just bought aren't specifically ballroom dancing shoes, but I plan to wear them to salsa clubs for amazing flawless spins, I'm just wondering if it is okay to wear them on surfaces like concrete etc... or I should take precautions and only put them on right before I step onto the dancefloor...any suggestions?

I didn't make it last year, so I'm a little nervous. I really want to make it. Should I work out more? What should I work on? What are some possible requirements? My school colors are black and gold, so what should I wear to try-outs? I was thinking Soffe shorts and tank tops, but I don't know what brand carry those colors. The gold is a goldenrod yellow color or Vegas Gold. Any advice is helpful!

There is this absolutely gorgeous guy who comes to the same dancing class as me. He was encouraging to me when I first moved up to that class, that whilst I still couldn't do the "American Spin", he still said I was good. A few weeks later, I got to dance with him again, and by this stage I have become much better in dancing. He asked me how my week has been etc, and when we got to dance again after he had to dance with others (because the instructor forces the guys to rotate), he whispered to me "I like dancing with you!". I was really surprised, because I also like dancing with him, he is fun to dance with.
Do you think he say this to everyone? And is it just because I know my steps? He always has a nice smile, and he is polite enough to give other girls a chance to dance with a partner, but he does tend to pick me first until the instructor forces him to change.

Should I take ballroom dancing or sports refereeing next term? Both look fun, but I'm a guy and none of my school friends are intrested in ballroom dancing becuase it is considered a "girl" thing. But, I've always been intrested in elgance and culture.

Should I take refereeing? It looks fun and I love sports but people want to kill the refs somtimes.
