You can actually channel these nerves to be a good thing. Being nervous actually - can you believe it - HELP us, in a sense. Channel that nervous energy into your performance. You'll find once you start dancing your nervousness will melt away and you'll be fine!

Invision yourself performing perfectly - not messing up - and your dance should go smooth. Even if you do, keep going and don't make a scene.

Relax (I know it's hard). Breathe. In through your nose, out through your mouth.
You'll be fine. Good luck and have fun!

Don't worry, you will be fine, you won't mess up. Look a little above the audience and smile. I know how you feel, I couldn't sleep all night before my first dance competition. Just hang in there, you'll be fine.

Don't worry,I used to do shows too, we would have atleast 4 dances on one night, but don't worry, it's normal to be nervous, but all you need is to have fun and the rest will come with it.After you dance once, you won't be nervous for the next performances.Have fun with it!

look out above the head of the audience and don't look at them, you know how good you are and you have practice the ruetine so do your best and don't sweat the small stuff.
