Rumba is a very sensual dance. Usually, rumba is danced in a dress that is feminine, sexy but not too revealing. Usually, the top is not as tight, has a few floating details like slieves or cowls, the skirt is long but at the same time has a slit to show the legs occasionally, or uneven length skirt. That's what women tend to wear when they perform rumba.
