i DON'T know how to dance but im expected to dance withmy cousin at a wedding in like 3 days please tell me in simple words how to dance slow or fast i don't cared but please help me learn to dance

What should I do to deal with the fact that my family goes to all of my sisters softball games and even helps with coaching, but they never even bother to go to my dance performances, or even ask about how things are going even though dance is practically my life? They just say that hip hop is inappropriate for me even though I am 13. It is not even anything nasty, or sexual. Isn't this unfair?

i go to a really cool dance class, everyone's nice there, but i don't have alot of friends there. i'm usually standing alone. bad memories would flash back sometimes when i'm practicing. but i really like dancing, it's soo much fun. what shoul i do?

My seven year old is really into dance. She has been taking lessons for years but is now competing in Jazz and Hip hop. She is getting really into it and wanting to take more and more classes. I know nothing about dance but I want to support her in it. At the same time I dont want it to run her life, but its like she is obsessed. She doesnt think about anything else. Any tips? Plus does anyone know were I can get good dance shoes for competing at a decent price?
