I just recently saw the Movie Step Up, and really enjoyed all the the dance moves, Anyway There is a video out there with dance moves like that i could try learning. Thanks

there is a bunch of movies...the 3 best i think are:
1. honey, with jessica alba...thats like all hip-hop
2. save the last dance...not as much dancing, but good movie and teaches a lil hip-hop
3. center stage....its more ballet, but its cool dancing

That all depends... are u looking for the ballet aspect or the Hip-Hop/breakdance aspect?
Ballet/jaz/modern = TAKE A CLASS!!! Yes, you could get a vido or a book and learn it that way, but the book won't teach you technique and form. Without that, you're screwed.
Hip-Hop/breakdance = Omg there is no limit to the amount of videos out there for hip-hop dancing. But, personally, I like the "How to breakdance" series by Mike Garcia. It's easy, simple, and he's got some skills.
Ballroom = take some classes, but you also should go out and socially dance. The most important thing about the ballroom dances is that 90% of the steps being used by the people, they didn't learn in a class... they were seen done by somebody else, coppied, and modified. So you dance alot and improvise and voila.

i think you should start small and work your way up..unless you know how to do flips, splits and all of those other stuff
you should get dance lessonsand then you can start to learn how to dance like the people in the movie
if you take dance lessons you can also listen to all sorts of music

I dont know but go to tha libarary and get a hip-hop dance video tape. Or you cant turn to BET and watch music videos.

well i like "honey" its pretty much only hip-hop but its really good
ohh and "center stage"!!! I love that movie that one is more balet//jazz sortof stuff but it is soo good if you dont watch it then your totally missing out =]]
