Hey Im 12 and a guy. I went on a trip to a different country for sports. our coaches let us go out and go to a few clubs. we we're there all night grindin with 14-18 year olds. Now I Still want to. Do 7th graders Grind?

I like to dance hip-hop, and everyone says I'm good. But when I try to coreograph songs(hobby) I always end up ith the same combinaton of moves at a certain point. I can't really explain what the move looks like, but even though it looks good, I need some help getting inspired for NEW dance moves......any suggestions?

Ok, my question didnt make much sense, but what I meant: I like ballet, and I would love more than anything to start up again -I danced when I was 5- but I dont know where to start! I know a lot of people do ballet from when they were REALLY little and know what's going on. I remember lots of people, hearing the word 'preformance' and had my mama take me right outta there! Anyway, if you have suggestions that could help me -where to go, who to talk to, costs- I'd appriciate that a lot!

Is it because they are too heavy? I know all ballet dancers were once men, and soon after women came onto the scene pointe shoes were introduced. So why haven't men ever danced that way?

My mother did some ballet and she's taught me some exercises-- that's all I've done really! I'm very graceful, delicate and naturally slim, so I think I could do it. Plus, I have the motivation for it. Do you think I could make it? Even at almost fourteen years of age? I mean, I don't think I want to be a professional or anything, but still... I'd love to do it. I'd love to become at least a bit better than average. So, what do you all think?

I am almost 17 years old. When I was 8 or 9, I took ballet for a month and Jazz for 9 months. I have learned some ballroom in my church group, and I'm currently taking a ballroom class at school. I've done simple jazz and ballet steps in musicals I've been in.
I am just now realizing how crucial dancing is in the theater world, but I don't know if I'm too old to be good. Are there any beginning dance classes for teenagers, and if so, would it be pointless?

i just went to my first high school dance and everybody did the same kind of grinding where the guy stands behind the girl and puts his hands on her hips and they move or whatever but i thought that seemed kind of weird what is all of your imput on "grinding"?
