You can still stretch out but do not extend to the piont you usually do. Just go into a little less of stretch. Make sure you gently ease into the stretch and do not bounce. Also take a warm bath and eat more potassium (like bannana's). If your pain is very bad don't stretch see a doctor because you could have pulled something. If it's just mild enough to be a bother you can also try taking a little aleeve, ib profin, or asprin to relieve the pain.

Wait until you are recovered from the sore because if you prissiest on stretching a lot with a sore muscular may be you will have rapture, am not a consultant but am an athlete and I know how does it feel, and sometimes I don’t get carried a way so I don’t pull out a muscle, I take it easy as I can, and you should take it easy also.

Eat things with a lot of potassium like bananas, and it will help you to not be so sore. And it is okay to stretch, but be very careful, and work your way up to the point where you would normally stretch at.

Definitely! Stretching relaxes your muscles and will make the pain subsided eventually. Doing yoga helps a lot after running. Also, inhale deep breathes through your nose and exhale it iin your mouth. You will feel relax!

Stretching is okay as it's the ligaments that are affected not the muscles.

Yes, but don't bounce!!!!!
Bouncing while streching is the worst thing you can do. When I was in school, they told us to bounce & I have severe joint damage because of it!
