It is very difficult to find dance classes that aren't for 2-18 or 40 year olds. I have been dancing forever and since my dance classes in college I haven't been able to find anything that is a suitable level and my age group- any ideas?

Me and my new boyfriend are going to hit up the club tommorow and he is into hip hop. But I can't shake my rump for too long or I get cramps. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone know any better teqniques? I wanna dance like those video girls.

My daughter needs a new dancing bag. Who makes one with pockets for 4 pair of shoes? And where can I purchase? I've been looking and surfing with no success.

I went to the dance shop to get some tap shoes for my tap class and I had to wear a thin pantyhose sock instead of my regular sock b/c the fibers would stick to the inside of the shoe.
so when I came home, I tried on the shoe and now it's too tight b/c the sock is too thick.
should I just get a thin pair of socks with good padding or return my shoes?
It's a long way back to the shop from where I live.

Ok, first of all I am a good dancer, but a beginner. I am going over to my BFs houses this wkend, and I need to brush up on my dance moves, because I dont want to look like and idiot. I will be back in class after summer break in September and would like to hold off another year before I buy a new pair, if possible. How often should I replace them (I dance twice per week)? Is there anything I can buy or I can do to the pair I have now to ensure that they will still be supportive without getting a whole new pair?
