i am a 15 year old boy and want learn how to dance can nayone suggest any web sites on how to dance ballet or jazz or any other dances i can do and i also want some exercises that will help me flex or dance better

Now you teenagers nowadays can't expect to do everything from the internet go out and play exercise, live the house breathe some fresh air, play with your friends. Go take dance classes, maybe you will see your companions dance and you will learn from them.

If your not in a rural area you shold check the phone book for Dance Studios that have classes. Ask your rents if they will pay for that. Let them know that you want to excercise. Honestly I've seen some pictures of professional dancers and they are SUPER buff. Great form of excercise!

search on google for online dance classes. that helps a lot. Also, try looking for places in your area that offer classes.

you will learn to dance on the internet.
you should try to learn ballroom dancing, which includes, tango, chachacha, salsa, etc
try to find classes in your community center, in your school, in the ymca, etc

i would not suggest going 2 a website 2 learn how 2 dance. go 2 a studio. thats the best place 2 learn, from ppl who no wut they r doin GOOD LUCK
