for kids. or, what is the cd called where the guy narrorates the steps...? does anyone know what i am talking about?

I'm 18 years old, I weigh 165 pounds and I love to dance ballet. I also just love the performing arts, and want to learn to become a professional ballet dancer. Except I study full time and I don't think I'll have the time to take more than 1-2 dance classes a week. Plus I know that most pro ballet dancers start when they're around 12, more or less. Am I out of luck? Can I start when Im 20?

ps. I don't really consider those salsa competition stuff and performances that they showed on tv are really salsa dancing. But you can list those if you want.

My son taps, he is very good. Last year he entered his first competition and won gold. The problem is ...that there are not any boys at the tap school he goes to, and he doesn't like to dance at his public school when asked...scared of being teased.

I want to become a dance choreographer but i dont know where to get started..what should i do? How do i get started? I can really dance alot. I am a great hip hop dancer. I can do everything that Ciara, usher, omarion, chris brown...etc, do in their videos plus more. I just need to know what i have to do to choreograph them moves. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE.........

I started ballet when i was very young, but quit. Last year i started again when i was 12/13 ,it hasn't even been a year and I'm on pointe, because my teacher reccomended it. I know i have natural talent in dancing and i do quite well. I only have two 1 hour classes a week(meaning i might not have enough training).But,anyways, have i started too late to go professional?

I took dance from age 3 to 10 (ballet, tap, jazz) and now I'm joining again at age 14. I'm really nervous though about catching on with new steps and being as flexible as the rest of the girls. My teacher is very strict when it comes to technique. And it's been so long since I've danced. I'm just really nervous about the whole thing, but I'm positive I want to rejoin. Any tips please?
