I don't see why not. However, you'll need to learn time management skills. If you're considering doing both full time - that's like working 80 hours per week that is simply not possible. But if one or both are part-time, then you can do it.

I would pick one or the other. You really wouldn't have time or the energy to do both at the same time. They are both careers that require you to work really long and odd hours.
