Contrary to popular belief, flexibility is safely increased in the legs by "hanging" not "pulling". Stand striaght uo and slide down as far as you can go, let gravity take it's course pull you down. Do this for vertical and horizontal splits. As for the upper body, the same method can be used. Lean over as far as you can (right, left ,front, and back) then let gravity take its course.
***Remember to inhale when rising and exhaleing to go deeper Or "loosen"****
Bretheing is your friend.
*Yoga is also a good way to increase flexibility*

You get flexible by exercising and dancing and i know because I'm a dancer and i can bend myself all the way back.

stretching is the only way to increase your flexiablity. You need to do it consistently (while watching tv etc..) You will be amazed how quickly your flexibility improves! Happy stretching!

Stretching...a lot of it...while you are watching t.v....talking on phone....in the morning.....before bed....I guarantee you it will work
