I'm doing a book report, and I'm supposed to find out what the theme of the book is. By the way, the theme is what the author is trying to say about humanity. I think it is "everyone has special talents," something along the lines of that. What do you think? Please help!

I went to this page on the web and it gives you your own elf name.
Interestingly enough, mine is the same as Arwens mother. Celebriän.
This is a really cool place for Lord Of The Rings fans.
Go try it and tell me what you think and what your name is please.

I'm writing a fantasy novel right now (it's not finished yet) and when it's done i would very much like to publish it. Lot's of people have praised my writing, my friends and family and a lot of teachers. I'm only 13 though, and i live in korea. I'm writing my novel in English, and i don't know how to get it published. to i just send it to a publisher? or do i need to get an agent or something? i also don't have any publishing experience. WHat should i do???

It hasn’t changed since
The last time she was there.
The walls still wear the
Scars of her memories.
The hardwood still creaks
The same beneath her feet.
The sun still doesn’t
Shine through the windows.
Though the demon has departed,
Its stench lingers in the air.
Burning the structure to the
Ground won’t cleanse it or her.
It must be carved from the
Earth and damned into oblivion.
She will waive her purgatory for
Eternity and choose her fate.
She’ll leave her body in the place
Which consumed her soul long ago.

I am looking for Rita Springer's "Songbook". It is a duo release Songbook with the sheet music for the CD's "All I Have" and "Created to Worship." And no, Ebay and Amozon don't have it. It was released in 2003. Blessings

I recently had a sudden interest in this book, and I'm the type of person who is pretty easily disturbed by things i hear or see in movies and stuff, but books not so much...but even so, I love to read, and would hate to miss out on this book. But I have to know, as I've heard the movie is very disturbing and grisly: is the book equally? How much is in there that someone ilke me can or cannot handle? don't ruin it for me obviously but i would definitely apreciate any warning/advice. cuz trust me: if it's that bad, i will probably be disturbed for awhile. you wouldn't want that to happen, woul d you?

ps- just how graphic is the film?

I am really only thinking of specifically one God. The one that Wednesday and Shadow meet in Las Vegas and Shadow keeps forgetting, and also follows the flow of money. I too feel like it should be on the tip of my tongue, but nothing comes to me.

It was about last Wednesday, on the 5th. (I remember because it was a full moon that night) and my ribs started to sear and burn, like I had been hitting them with a clock. Then, it subsided. It was difficult for my to inhale deeply at that time....what happened?

Has anyone else ever read Paul Zindel- "The Pigman", "My Darling, My Hamburger", "Pardon Me, You're Stepping on My Eyeball!" etc. I love this author but haven't met anyone else who ever read his books in school. I am well older now but his books are so memorable and he is a great writer that I now try to collect what I can find by him, and was wondering if anyone else knew his work.

Never is a promise

Youll never see the courage I know
Its colors richness wont appear within your view
Ill never glow - the way that you glow
Your presence dominates the judgements made on you

But as the scenery grows, I see in different lights
The shades and shadows undulate in my perception
My feelings swell and stretch; I see from greater heights
I understand what I am still too proud to mention - to you

Youll say you understand, but you dont understand
Youll say youd never give up seeing eye to eye
But never is a promise, and you cant afford to lie

If you can write, I need you. I have a good story, but am too lazy to take the time. I plan on publishing it, so if I do then your name will be on the front, along with mine. You just write the boring stuff to my story line. If interested put email and name down. Thanks!
