Interestingly enough, mine is the same as Arwens mother. Celebriän.

Using my married name, my elf name was Alatáriël of Dorthonion. Using my maiden name, my name was Alatáriël Elendil. (Not sure how it was determined)...

I have done that before and I use my elvish name with some of my friends. Mine is Nessa Tulcakelumë. I have no clue on how to say my last name but still I love Nessa!
