Has anyone else ever read Paul Zindel- "The Pigman", "My Darling, My Hamburger", "Pardon Me, You're Stepping on My Eyeball!" etc. I love this author but haven't met anyone else who ever read his books in school. I am well older now but his books are so memorable and he is a great writer that I now try to collect what I can find by him, and was wondering if anyone else knew his work.

Yes, I remember reading his books; they were so different from the usual offering of sanitized romance and 'reality' horror stories. Looking back they make me think of Douglas Adams, that kind of funny/sad/bizarre stuff. Wow, I'll have to go re-read them now; thanks for reminding me!

I've read The Pigman in school. I thought it was interesting, but other people thought it was just dumb... and when I get time, I'd sure like to check out those other books by him : )

I read those books a long time ago back when I was young. I loved Paul Zindel back then. :)
