(Metamorphosis/ Emotions transform into matter)
Everytime it starts so pleasant,
Hand shakes and nodding heads,
Exchange of meaningless presents,
Wanting everyone to fall in line,
To another's independence.
Disagreement cause emotions,
To undergo a metamorphosis.
Respect to tolerance, anger to hatred,
Some by accident, other,
Done on purpose,
Some in ignorence,
Others meant to be deviant,
Agreement, to maybes,
To disagreement,
Prideful differance,
Result in signatures,for restrictions
Over food, weapons, and funds,
Heated words morph into guns,
Passed to Generals to Majors,
Everything passed down to pawns,
Who's mind are broken,
Bent then remolded,
Believing who is weak,
And who is strong.
Love changes to song, dance, and hugs,
Hate twists from words, to fist, to guns.
The emotions that rule our lives,
Are the monuments left behind,
To be observed by our sons.

I am starting the count of monte cristo. Anybody hear about confederacy of dunces? Anyways..just tell me some good books to read.

Most people I talk to at work say you don't really need to, but a couple of my friends and my parents say they can offer insight into the rest of the book. What do you think?

I've begun writing a novel, and I hope to get it published. I know it will take hard work and maybe years of the publishing game. Yet, I understand also that if I begin now I can build a readership. That way, by the time it's finally released, there will be more people likely to purchase it. Do you have any suggestions for finding interested readers? What draws you to the books you buy and read?

In my copy of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, there are several references to the location "-shire". Ex., Elizabeth says "please come to -shire". Is this an abbreviation for something?

I havent read all of them yet, but I plan to just so I can criticize them legitimately. The ones I have read so far are so very boring though. Catch 22 was not that funny to me, Catcher in the Rye was not dark and disturbed at all Holden Caufield was just a cry baby, The Illiad and The Odyssey are two of the most redundant books I have ever read,God like Hector, son of olympian bred priam of teh great statte of Ilium known for their whatever. There is no reason to say this every time Hector speaks or does something.1984 boring, Great Gatsby boring, Mice and Men boring. Now some of the ones I did like are slaughter-house five, Dante's Inferno is one of the best books i've ever read, Don Quixote is one of the funniest books i've ever read, and Animal Farm is my favorite book of all time. Does it mean that I am not smart enough to appreciate the "classics", or is it perfectly normal for me to find those books to be boring?

I'm an author. I need to survey America's sexual habits for a book. Where can I conduct a survey for free? The survey would include explicit language I also want to determine how comfortable America's adults are with explicit language between partners. Where could I post an explicitly worded sex survey? I tried it in here and it was cancelled. Too many of you were offended. "Fine". So where can I conduct my survey?

I'm writing a historical romance and am wondering which place might be a good for setting my story. The place needs to be
a place with lowly rolling hills....vast fields and pastures..... knarled leaves........you know what I mean. I was thinking of Salisbury or Wiltshire.

Anyways, the most important question is . . .whatever region you guys think is best--I need to know two rural villages nearby each other in that region, since the story will have characters moving to and from between the two villages
