I love the following authors and would like someone along the same lines
Patricia Cornwell, Sandra Brown, Iris Johansan, Nora Roberts, Catherine Coulter (FBI series), Julia Garwood.
I like mystery/romance type, but not just "Love Stories", they must have some action.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Wouldn't it be easier to use a big army or a larger group?

By small group I mean the typical role-playing party.

I have some great ideas for characters and a vague idea of a plot but how do I create the real story I need.
Shall I just start with a vague idea and see how it builds, or should I think of a basic begining/ middle /end then just write away?
Do I need to create each character before I start or build their characters as I go along?

I like auto-biographys, biogaphys, non-fiction and humour.
I've got John Peels 'Margrave of the marshes' already but I want one more.
I read Stephen Frys 'Moab is my washboard' last time, and Mark Radcliffes one, forgot the title.
Any suggestions for something similar?

Specifically, "The House of Winslow Series". I would like to buy a whole set, I know there are at least 25 books in the series, maybe as many as 40.
