You can read the start of my story at...

(Scroll past the intro and the poll to the part that says "Prologue".) By the way, I am only thirteen, fourteen soon, and have been writing since I was little. Thanks for your time!

Is it any good? Is it along the same lines as The Screwtape Letters? I can't find it at my library, so I'd have to buy a copy. Would it be of interest to someone who isn't very religious?

This has got to be deliberate, surely? Why would anyone impose such a restriction on their writing? Was it being done for a bet? Did somebody say, "It cannot be done!" so the author muttered, "Just watch me...!"

I like to write poetry. but, from time to time, I run into a huge lack of inspiration. luckily for me, this time it is only the title that gives me problems. read the following poem and give a suitable title, if you please.

I’ve been blessed…
For such a sweet sight
Would make even
An angel’s delight.

An angel, however,
You are not…
For an angel
Is not easily forgot…

You are but
A rose of dust…
A wingless dove…
A soul of rust…

Yet, underneath,
Lies a light unseen
And a soul that’s not tarnished,
But of bright green…

Well, it certainly feels good to lie down on the couch on a sunny afternoon (maybe rainy, maybe cold, what the heck!!) and enjoy reading an ineresting piece of fiction. Any book that has haunted you for days, maybe years, making you recall reading it with affection? Mine was Alex Haley's autobiographical 'Roots'. I cried silently after reading it. It has this weird way of making the reader relate to the narrative after finishing it -I've desperately wished I could trace my ancestors the way Alex did. Tell me if u ever loved a book so dearly?

What has Marion Zimmer Bradley done besides "The Mist of Avalon"?
And how does it compare? I have read "The Mist of Avalon" at least ten times and still love it.

i vaguely remember this in a book, and i'm going crazy trying to remember which one!

it's not integral to the story, just a little 'aside' in the book.

every day a man watches from his window as a young boy cycles along the top of a small wall. he tells his friend that the day the young boy falls will be the day that someone teaches him about gravity.

i have no idea at all which book this is in. i know i read it at least 10 years ago, probably longer. i read a lot of books, so there's no way i could go thru every title i've read!

thanks very much xXx

I thought I heard about it on the radio, but every time I look for it - Best Buy, Amazon, BMG - I can't find it. Was I hallucinating, or is it just not out yet?

its isn't from lack of ideas of my own, actually my imagination is pretty good, but I'm always interested in seeing things from a different point of view, from angles that I wouldn't have tought of.
