Actually, I'm watching the clock now waiting for the library to open so I can head over there. At the moment I have 17 items checked out and 15 items on hold (lots of music and movies--I'd have more, but they have a 15 item limit now).
I usually go to the library once a week to teach a computer class. As far as how often I go for books and stuff, I usually do my "browsing" in the catalog from home, checking for books, cds, sheet music, and movies I've seen on Amazon and elsewhere that I'm interested. I put them on hold from home, and then I visit the library whenever they come in and/or when I have to return something. That probably averages once a week, but I'm online with the catalog (looking for stuff, checking my holds) pretty much every day.
I rarely just browse and pull stuff off the shelf, except for the new books section. Well, I do that with cookbooks sometimes too.
BTW, when I get there today, there will be a crowd of people outside the doors waiting for them to open. At first I was encouraged at what a literate town this is. Then I found out they're mostly just there to get on one of the Internet computers. Not all, though.

About twice a month. I use the city library and the nearby university library. When I travel, I stop in the local library. I love the smell of the books, the quiet atmosphere, walking through the stacks, grabbing a stack of books that interest me and sitting down next to a window and spending uninterrupted time reading. I love checking out books that would cost a small fortune to buy at a bookstore. Sometimes I check out movies for $1.00. Some libraries allow you to check out art or music too, but I've not tried that yet. The internet will never replace a real library for me! Libraries are true local treasures that everyone should support.

I don't go often ever since I moved my library is so small. Once I move back to my old city the libraries are big were I can go hang out. I wish I could go more but its pointless when its just a small room of books when I have no interest in those kinds of books.

I can't go there. If I do I get dazed with all the wonderful books in the shelves, and end up frustrated because I have no time to read them all. I'm a bibliophile with a tight schedule...
Seriously, though, I visit the library at least once a week.

I don't. I live outside a small town, and the library is paid for by in-town taxes. Because I live out of town, I don't pay those taxes, and therefor have to pay a fee to get a library card.

Quiet often. I know the Internet is an amazing and easy way to find the information you need; but sometimes I just need books as a source for my info.
Of course, I prefer reading books at home, I'm just more comfortable that way.
