I'm working on submitting a manuscript for a picture book for children ages 4-8. It is a work of fiction, and tells the story of a little girl who learns how to manage her feelings of frustration in an appropriate way (versus hitting, throwing things, etc.) I've found conflicting definitions in various publishing books I'm reading, and want to be sure which subject my book falls into before I start researching which publishers to submit it to. Thanks for your help!

I remember W H Davies the supertramp stories being read out at school. Which leg did he lose? My son Nigel says if I don't know I wasn't really listening.

I'm not talking about just a "disappointing" movie, but a really, really bad movie. Mine is "East of Eden" by Anne Rice.

there was an article that mentioned one was about red shoes that had a curse whereby the owner would wear it until she died and the only way to get them off was to cut off her feet....

I have a full time job unrelated to the field and I have no college background. I don't plan on spending thousands of dollars on a college education and I would like to work from home. Do all employers require a college degree?

I'm really confused about the ending of the novel, which, being an English teacher and avid reader, is driving me insane. Why does Grandfather kill himself? How is Alex's father not really his father? How is it all connected? I know it doesn't all need to make sense, but I feel like I missed something. Help!
