I think the greatest sci-fi short was Isaac Asimov's "The Last Question"--which was his favorite of the stories he wrote, too, so I'm in good company.

My second favorite is H. G. Wells' "The Star," which doesn't seem to be that popular, unfortunately.

Asimov's "Nightfall" is actually regarded by most as the best short story ever written .. and it is quite excellent.

from time to time I take a seat alongside on or a shrink or curbside with my skinny hands tucked and my elongated palms scratching crispy stuff in my oily, yet semi-glolly strands ask your self - ing "why are Cherrios referred to as Cheerios" ? Then I circulate to center line close to a truck, with massive wheels pull my tally hoo and objective at solid- 300 and sixty 5 days. Cheers!
