What would they be in no particular order and why? I will list mine after.

I think that they lost because of Hitler's interference and Goerrings ego.

First off: SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!! I WANT ACCURACY!! NO BULLSHITTING IT!

I need to explain these events to a group of 10 year olds....I'm not sure how to do it....They are all part of the French Revolution.
They all are rather complicated. Please help?

Oh, and quickly too, please?

1.Meeting of the Estates General
2. The Tennis Court Oath
3. The Storming of Bastille
4. The March on Versailles
5. The Reign of Terror
6. The Rise of Napoleon

I would also appreciate a brief description of the condions of France in the late 1780's, and how a brief explainatoion of how these events represented a step toward Democracy (of France)

Please and Thank you!

Not just preserved, but made like nearly new...(of course leaving a bit untouched for historians to study). They'd last longer and be more aesthetic, don't you think?

I basically know why from reading books, but I need some credible websites to use for information too. So, just leaving links to credible sites would be helpful. [No wiki.]

Here I am on another wasted Saturday.
Looking at old pictures,
remembering old words and listening to old songs.
The feelings come back,
the years unfold like a book closing from the front
and there you are smiling
and there I am smiling.
We were perfect frozen in time.
I stand up because my back is stiff
I return to the attic
I stand submerged with my past below me;
and if you move too fast you will obscure it
but if you slow down and wait it becomes still
and you can see the reflection.
It’s beautiful and sad like a sonata,
four seasons playing over and over and over
always the same changes
yet you see yourself change
not in the same repetition
but in a kind of a spasmodic pattern
and the weather of our own lives
change our characteristics
the girls,
the boys,
the friends,
the weddings,
the honeymoons,
the struggles,
the deaths,
the sunny days,
the rainy days,
the days you hope would last forever
the days that you watched clocks waiting for the sun to set.
All contribute to one masterpiece,
to one construction,
to one complex work of art:

You.
