You run the risk of being sued big time. Ask Dan Brown who was sued for using material from another book. And JK Rowling has a reputation of being the worst when it comes to lawsuits. She sues at the drop of a sorting hat. Fan fiction is not original material. The characters and situations belong to someone else. Post it in the proper place.
