So, my school is really big in the drama and singing departmen. Every year we have a fall play, a freshmen play, and a spring musical. Well, I would really love to be in a play but at the same time I'm too scared. I think I'm just a little scared because of the seniors who are sooooo amazing at the plays and who have been doing this the longest ... and it doesn't help that they know they're good too and think that they're the best. So, I'd be happy with just a little part in the play but I would love to be a main character too. What do you think I should do?

Twilight Series all the way. Hands down. Harry Potter is awesome. Dont' get me wrong. I've been a fan for years. But Twilight, is more for my age, it's more interesting, less boring, easier to relate, and it has EDWARD! LOL

I have to do a presentation on a topic in US history. It should be broad enough (not like American Revolution-broad or Whiskey Rebellion-small), but I don't have any preferences as to what I should do.

Suggestions on what would be interesting to talk about, please? Oh, and I don't want something technical like the constitution. Thanks! ^-^

I read about a man, who, during the early days of the USA (or just before it was established) said that he no longer wanted to hear the phrases "United States of America" or "Thirteen Colonies." He was tried for something because of that, and his punishment was to set sail on a boat with people who were forbidden to mention the USA to him at all. What was his name?

A girl has always known she has had an aunt, but who died before she was born. She slowly finds out that she actually went missing when she was seventeen and her (the main girl's) mother was sixteen. She visiting her grandparents for the summer and that is how she finds out. This is her first time to ever go to her mother's hometown and her mother refuses to go with her. Her dad stays with her mom, so she goes alone. My question just asks how would you think the Grandmother, Grandfather, and her mother felt about her aunt going missing so long ago.

I figured her mother would have been the most torminted because they were so close in age and were best friends. In the story she left fro the city and met the girls dad right after high school.

Basically how would a mother react to her seventeen year old daughter going missing in such a small town? Father? Sister? Town?

I just need some outside views! Thank you so much!

How important is this character? I was just cast as her, and I was wondering if she appeared in many scenes in the play. Also, does anyone know the list of main/important characters? Like Leading Roles are (example: Oliver) ...., important roles.....semi-important, and so on...and where my character would rank...

Thank you!
(Also, this was my first actual audition for a play, and I think my character is at least more important than Woman on Street #1...I am so excited!)

I'm in search of a fun act for me and three of my co-workers to do after intermission in an upcoming show. Technically we are the behind the scenes people in this show (chairman and various committee heads) We would like to do something recognizable to really get the audience excited. Can you think of anything we could do? We are all capable of dance, movement and a couple of us can sing.

My point of view is that we can do all this work in our lives, but what will it all end up to? We just die. Why should I even bother?
