really it depends on what you were going for... black and white with your hair and the sky colored or all colored... or half n half. I say it looks cool, maybe a lil stretched width-wise.

I like this photo - a very interesting treatment of the subject and background. If anything, I would have added a grey shadow under the left eye to match the colored shadow under the right one.

what bothers me about the transition from cmyk to gray tone is that it doesn't seem to follow any visual lines. in other words it just looks like you randomly chose a vector to transition.
maybe if you masked the highlights on her face to retain some color but made all the medium tones grey then it would have a more profound effect---like only direct light creates color. otherwise it's a pretty alluring image.

I think that you should either do black or white or colour. Having both in this case just seems awkward. Or colour specific areas (i.e., hair, cheeks, eyes, lips) to get a pin-up sort of effect.

Yes, there is a strong reflection of your many hair colors on your face. Since you are doing part grey scale and part color you might do the rest of your face in grey scale to eliminate the color reflection on your face.

The coloring is bad. You only have color on one eye and it makes the face look weird. Make it a color picture, but try to blur it or something if you want to make it different.

It's a bit over exposed and not terribly flattering, and the angle is a bit odd, no focal point, I don't know if you messed with the colours or what, I just thought it was over exposure! but have seen worse, far worse!

Yes, I see it.
The subject ordered a Burrito Surpreme, for lunch, but was served a Chicken Burrito Grande.
She didn't notice it, but I can tell.
