I suggest you don't buy them online. You might not like the feel of them, the size etc.
Instead go and find a local dancewear shop. There you can find lots of different styles of tap shoes and sizes. Have a look at your Yellow Pages or ask some of your friends what dance shop they go to.

You can either order them online or go to a local dance shop. If you buy them online check the shoe sizes because the size you need may be different then the size you wear. If you are taking lessons your instructor should be able to give you ideas where to get them too.

Any Dance Shop should have them. If you can't find any, maybe you should search for some online, maybe Ebay. I got mine from a local dancewear shop, so there should be one near you.
