He's funny because he is able to play different characters with a clean humor and over all good message. I think his movies mostly relate to african americans who can say "That's just like my mom/aunt/dad/etc"

i just came from seeing "why did i get married" and was thoroughly entertained. i laughed, i cried, i empathized. i'm going to see it again tomorrow!!! i have seen all of tyler perry's plays and movies and anything that has madea in it, i know it by heart. he can't help it...he's just talented and funny!!!

Im black and "black people" are supposed to like him. I DONT. His madea (spelled it wrong) was funny on stage but no in the movie or tv.
