Why are you scared of death? Do you think you will feel pain if you die, do you think it will hurt if your heart stops? Why are you scared of it? My reason for being scared is,well, I don't have one. For me it's just human nature to be scared, even though I don't believe I will hurt if my heart stops, but I'm scared as heck. So why are you scared?

A architect/builder friend of mine has an issue with my plan to flip a house. He can't really explain because he doesn't have much of a vocabulary or mind for philosophical debate. But I want to give him the benefit of the doubt by calling on any would be philosophers out there to give him a hand with his opinion? Other than the fact that it's pretty capitalistic, is there something philosophically wrong with flipping?

Iran's leader didn't admit the holocaust, although there are too many reports from all over Europe about those torture and killing.

Japan government had been very hard to admit that in World War 2 their soldiers had done sadistic messacre and rape, in spite of many reports from Asian countries like China, Singapore, and Indonesia. Although Japanese are usually quick to do apologize, it took years before the government finally do apologize for making Asian women forced prostitutes for army.

Are those atrocities real fact, or are those people trying to deny responsibilities?

It is said in philosophy, when you take something from fullness, no alteration in the fullness is felt. What is your considered opinion about this theory. Worldly materials dimnish after you take some thing out. Hence in what context you may consider that fullness will ever remain full?
