The Book Candy???

I just ready the book Candy by Luke Davies, I was just wondering if they ever state the narrator's name?? Also if they didn't, why did they name him Dan in the movie.. any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!!

No they do not mention his name. However, when a movie is made it isn't as clear as a book, they never are as clear and they don't have as much information, therefore, to clarify things they just have to give the narrator a name. How did you like the book? A bit fun.
