Are you honestly, truly happy?

I've forgotten the historical battle, but there was an event where two armies fought, and only 2 soldiers from one side and 1 from the other survived. Something specific (name of the town, name of the battle, name of a person, etc.) about it became known as a(n) ___________ victory- meaning a victory that is won, but perhaps the cost was too great. I mistakenly thought it came from the defeat of Leonitus and his 300 Spartans, and now want to know the correct historical event. Or it's entirely likely I'm off on all of it, and really need to be straightened out. Thank you for any help you can give me here!

Other than having a child or getting married to your love. Those two things are obviously everyone's number one happiest moments. I know it's mine.

Think deep now. I'm thinking too and I will write back with my number one moment.

Hi, I live in the California Bay Area and I'm looking for an acting agent/agency. I've been wanting to be an actress my whole life.....which agencies in Sanfrancisco are good and actually are busy? Please don't tell me to just look it up on google....I tried that. Also I found an agency called Marla Dell, but I have no idea if it's a good agency or not.

www.marladell.com

Is it a good agency?

Do most authors usually outline what they are going to write or do they just "go with the flow"?

I'm working on piece for solo/ensemble in 2 1/2 weeks, it's a class A and I really would like to develop a vibrato or at least work on it for the future. Any tips? I've been playing about 4 years and am a good player, not brilliant but good. I can sing with a vibrato, but that doesn't really help because I've always been able to do it naturally.

Since the JPEG is a loss-quality format when editing and saving, but my camrea does not support TIFF output, can I just convert all JPEG files to TIFF from camera by going Save AS.... the first time I open them? Will they be about the same as if I shot in TIFF??? I like to do a lot of editing later and want to preserve the original quality of the photos. PLEASE *** ANSWER ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT*** Thanks a lot!!

Did someone make religions up? when did they come? why did they come?

Maybe somewhere out there in other galaxies theres planets just like ours and different religions.
The people are more successful or less successful.
Much healthier or much poorer.
Is there anything beyond space?
Is there larger things watching over these scattered galaxies?
Maybe our 'Outer space' is a world for a much larger and intelligent race we have no idea about.
We are their mini expirements.
Tell me what you think.
