i have a name on the back of this antiqe plate and im trying to locate designer to get a quote and find out mo

maybe brass or copper has some kind of star with 8 points with a rose in the middle with blue, red, and white colors.. plate that you can hang on wall.. the designer name is printed and some other letters i can't read...

Well, is it that You cannot read the designers name, or You don`t know how? Perhaps it`s Cyrillic letters, or Greek Alphabet...

Try and take digital photos front and back. Then go to Replacements website and follow the directions.
