Can a sport, such as basketball, be considered an art? This is a pholosopical quesition that I to answer. I just want to know how you felt about it and any examples that you might have.

Consider that an art has to have certain qualities such as:
1. Quality of work
2. Response of the audience
3. Intent of the artist

But these are not the only qualities you can consider...

Are we parasites to the earth just like mosquitos are to humans. Do you think droughts, Ice ages and the like are a kind of antibody to kill us off when we get too many in number.

I heard there was also a castle by the same name or close to it somewhere in Italy. Any history buffs out there care to shed some light and help with this random question?

Hello.

I want some color combinations for mixing colors, i.e., what quantity of "Red,Green or Blue" or "Red,Yellow or Blue" yields what kind of color?
Is there any link which can help?

I have a question about Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Do you remember when Cedric Diggory says that he had help with the egg clue (at the end when they're trying to decide who should get the trophy)? Harry says "You helped me with that egg!" And Cedric says "Yeah, but I had help on that, too!"
My question is, who helped him? Any guesses or theories? Do you think J.K. Rowling will reveal it in the last book? I don't think so, since it's not that important, so who helped Cedric Diggory with his 'wailing egg' clue?

can anyone tell me if it is just me or do most people find that the RAW version of an image is more saturated in colour than its JPG counterpart after conversion.

And if so, why does this happen?
