I saw this poster in psychology class, but I do not know its name or artist. It has two children in the middle with invisible limbs. There are burning books, a crooked picture of the leaning tower of piza, a hot air baloon outside, a ship with water and other crazy things. What you see first reveals your inner desires (see the burning books, yearn for knowledge---see the crooked picture, yearn for order). I have looked everywhere but cannot find it! If anyone knows what I'm talking about I would be very appreciative.

In a celtic goods mag I recieved through the mail a few years ago, (I cant remember which one but I know it wasnt gryphons moon but a similar one) where they sell celtic jewelry, art, clothing such as capes, skirts, home decor, etc. I saw this art poster which displayed a baby with grass for hair, fairies around sitting in front of a wterfall or something with strange looking mystical creatures around. The title of it had "Dream" in the name but thats all I remember. I have googled this thing for months with no luck. Anyone remember this? I am desperate to find this art poster.

I didn't want to be a "spoiler" so the main question is here.

I am a big King fan and read all but a few publications. I have never read through a story the way I did this one. I literally finished it in a day and am now re-reading to make sure I didn't miss too much.)

Anyway... I understand why both Clay's group and the "normies" were all going up to Kashwak (for different reasons) but I don't really understand why the phone-crazies allowed Clay and Tom and friends to live. Was there a purpose? Why did the flock (Raggedy Man) actually protect instead of convert them? It almost seems as if they were kept alive for the purpose of killing the flock. Like they brought them up to ME to assist in the flock's suicide. Have I overlooked something? Were they supposed to serve some other purpose?

Clearing out the attic, I found some poetry I wrote in 1987! When my friends read it they cried and said I should enter some of them into a competition. Any ideas?

Gerald Kelly said that the portrait of a celbrated popular writer made him "look like an Old Chinese madame in a brothel in Shanghai". Does anyone know who the writer was or the name of the portrait?

It's for a quiz and I'm stuck

I am looking for good books for "lay people." I would love reccomendations for specific regions such as European, American, Asian, African, South American, as well as general world history. My goal is to read 6-10 books on history this year, so a top ten list would be great!

If I ask a question and get 20 positive, well articulated responses, why do I get perturbed by the one negative response that seems to have been made by a delusional demon? I realize this may be an issue within me that must be fixed; do you have any tips to help me give less value to the comments of the ignorant?

I am 40 and have been writing on and off for over twenty years. Only in the past five years or so have I been trying to buckle down and 'make it happen'. I am a fine writer and that's not the issue. I have a family and trying to find time to write is a larger challenge for me than writer's block. I try to write something every day (and am very serious about it), but life does throw you detours. I'm not well off enough to just pack it in and stay home to write every day, all day long. But I think about writing all the time and all these story ideas (long and short) are bouncing around in my brain. I have submitted, most recently to a Writer's Digest contest but, at this point in my life, is it too late to consider writing as a carrer? (Again, serious answers ONLY)

I've gotten about a hundred pages into Margaret Atwood's book but the story is really dragging for me. Do you think it is worth continuing on or should I quit now instead of wasting more time with it? I've heard really good reviews about this book but I just can't seem to really get into it.

There was a time when I was easily swayed by public opinion. If I mentioned a goal that people told me was impossible, too often I believed them. Now I see that these people are demons and or tortured souls who are ravenous with envy. This is no fault of their own, for they too were victimized and programmed by other demons and tortured souls. But now that I can see them more clearly, I get angry with them. I know they are merely victims like I once was. How do I stop being angry with the human being who is a captive of the demon?

Has the industrial revolution (mass production) contributed to the downfall of how arts/artists are perceived? This is a hypothesis of mine (http://theaestheticelevator.com/2007/01/04/mass-production-and-the-artist-a-hypothesis/) which I've been exploring for a year or more now.
