It was my understanding that although the Persian Empire controlled this region at times, that the birth of civilization predates Persian rule. Of course this land is now called Iraq. So it would be correct to say that the birth of civilization occured in an area that has sometimes been called Persia. However that was not the case when Mesopotamai first blossomed, nor is it the case now.

I have been writing an important health book for patients. It will have a large audience. I have been looking at the Lulu Self-publishing website. If I pay for at particular distribution package, it looks like my book will ONLY be on online book websites. But I need to reach people who don't use the computer, as well...i.e. regular bookstores!

I am attracted to the aspect that you pay nothing, and they get their income by a percentage of your sales. But I'm unclear if self-publishing via a site like that..and even their ability to bind the book in a quality way, works! And distribution ONLY to online bookstores concerns me.

Or should I use a publisher to get adequate distribution??

If you have experience with Lulu, or self-publishing..or even experience with regular publishers, please let me know all the ins and out. This is totally new for me.

George Bush(father) was the president, now for two consecutive terms his son has been in charged. Many say that George Bush(son) took over by fraudulent methods. And now many are saying that his brother Jeft Bush is going to be the next president of the United States. Parents tend to teach; some times it's OK to lie, hit etc.
Government, military, movies, & others teach or influence that you don't go against your group no matter what; there are times you should do things though you know they're wrong.

I know people R naturally evil; based on selfishness etc.; but, what society teaches or influences is the actual difference. Although evil, people can be taught to be good; but base on selfishness, survival, etc., we teach to be evil. So, whether naturally evil or not the direction is our choice as a society, and as individuals ofter maturity.

Placed as evil to see what we do with it!

What is evil; a concept brought by an emotion or consience? By nature, we would feel that taking someything from someone would be wrong. But, taking something from someone that has more than enough while others starve would not be wrong.

I feel the masses should be wiped out cause they're evil. Is that wrong? That's what the Creator is going to do!

ok wel i just started taking voice lesson but ive been in the church choir for about 6 years, and its the same teacher that I have for voice. And i have my lesson tomorrow. I just wondering , cuz i sing for mass at church, and well i've been kinda slacking on the scales that my teacher has given me. For the past couple of weeks ive been singing for mass, and not doing my scales. But I always warm up beforfe I sing for mass. Would you be able to tell a differenace that ive have not been practcing my scales like i've been supposed too. Also she wants me to be able to sing a high B. Is that possible? Well for now I could hit the High G, but with trouble. I guess i het to work on that. also any other tips that you may have could work! Thanks for the help! Great Apperiacted.
