Unsure and Insecure

I am unsure,
Insecure.

You tell me one thing,

My heart is pulled,
In too many ways.

Decisions confront me,
And you are no help.

It seems you want me to do nothing,
To stay here with you forever.

But I have decisions to make,
I want to go places in this life.

You just make me more unsure,
More insecure.

Sometimes all we need,
Is an opinion to make us sure.

A friend and I recently got into an arguement over Mimi's death. I say she needed to live, my opponent says she needed to die. I remember seeing a great website a year ago (when movie came out) that explained why Mimi needed to live, how it was symbolic, how it proved the theme etc. Does anyone know of this site (or any like it)?
Or, can you explain why she needed to live or die in your opinion?

Hi guys! After thinking about it for some time I've decided that I want to try out for my highschool's colorguard in marching band. I marched as an instrument this last fall so I'm already familiar with marching, drill charts, etc. I know there is a weeklong workshop where the girls trying out learn the basics before the actual audition. The thing is, I'm just wondering if I would be at some kind of disadvantage trying out what is normally girls' 2nd year of colorguard (I would be trying out with incoming freshman and I would be a sophmore) or if there are any exercises, workouts, or ways I can start practicing for the flag tryouts (practicing spins, makedue flags, etc.?). just curious, as we have several ways of expressing our opinions, by asking questions, answering , rating, and voting for best anser,,, i just discovered that if you are here in the Philosophy area, and you click vote, you get a list of answers up for voting for just Philosophy ,, there are 93 pages of undecided questions. to me, this is a great way to let others know that you hear what they are saying, and they voiced their opinion well,,,,, just wondered if others felt it was important, or part of their "answers day" to vote ?
