?man?, Einstien (1879-1955) was a German scientist and was definitely not the first scientist. Maybe Galileo or Isaac Newton - they were scientists as well as a lot of other things.

Depends in what context. Alchemy was early science in which case back then they were called 'Alchemists'.
Philosophy is an early form of science but without the complete use of the scientific method in which case it could be Aristotle or people around that period. You need to be more specific about when u consider science started.

Imhotep, Egyptian engineer, physican, ... if any of his documents on medicine had survived. Doctors would be taking an Imhotepic oath and not a Hippocratic oath. Imhotep is credited with building the first pyrimid

that would depend on where we think science begins, if your looking for a name ur dreaming, whats science anyway? who was the first irishman to boil a potato, who first made fire, check heron of arimethia...for old greek, unfortunately libraries are been destroyed by military so knowledgeis disappearing....
