I'm torn on this subject. I stand on a line between creation and evolution, often opting for a blend of the two. Its a bit of a paradox for me. I have a hard time believing that we evolved from microorganisms, but then there's this creator question. At some point you have to say that something came from nothing, and its very trying going round and round in this circle. Your thoughts?
Please no nasty comments from you antireligious folks, I consider myself agnostic for the time being, with no formal religion, and I don't need anyone to try to prove anything to me, so keep your nasty comments to yourself please.
All you open-minded folks, please share your thoughts.

Given that it has been hypothosized that there is infinite space and infinite universes does every fictional reality we watch or read about actually corrispond to a factual reality somewhere in the multiverse where the laws of physics in that particular dimention in the multiverse allow what is being depicted. it doesn't have to be in every physically possible multiverse just in some, even though those some are still infinite? would this not mean our media gives us glimpses into real alternate realities or other dimentions?

Given that our minds eye can picture a person and picture ourselves interacting with that person, does that mean even though the person we are conversing with is created with our own imagination and has no phsysical presence except in the nuerons of our brain it still has some sort of animation or life, a sort of living thought?

Is self-publishing worth it? I am a young writer who really wants to get published. I write fiction/fantasy. All the information I've found about publishing is like a horror story about how hard it is. I recently went to a self-publishing site. It seems like a good idea, but it's so expensive! Does anyone know whether it's worth it?
