Probably not, infinity just isnt that big.
it would only take 1 infinite reality to fill an infinite universe, leaving no room for alternate realities.
On the other hand, it would only need room for 2 realities for it to be able to contain all realities. The first one it would have to contain is our present "real" world (whatever that might be) and a single alternate wherein all fiction became an alternate reality.
Then again on the other hand (hey I'm having 3 hands ok?) it might be that there are no realities so even a single point universe could (and would) contain all of them.

IFF (if and only if) the infinite universes theory is correct. Now, if that theory is somehow correct, then not only should those worlds exist, but they HAVE to exist.
It's just like the monkeys typing Hamlet. That theory says "give an infinite number of monkeys each a typewriter, and eventually they will type something by Shakespeare." The reality would be that if you gave typerwriters to and infitnite number of monkeys, they would type all of Shakespeare's works, plus every other work ever written, plus an infinite number of new works.
The hard part is to find anything you are looking for.

Yes, and the place is called Meinong's Jungle.
The philosopher Alexius von Meinong argued that it is wrong to say fictional and merely conceptual things do not exist. He proposed a metaphysics in which there are several sorts of existence:
A primary sort, which is the existence of, say, the city of London, and several secondary sorts, which are the existence of fictional things, like the London of Sherlock Holmes, and merely conceptual things, such as things that can be imagined but cannot exist in either the primary or fictional ways, for example the concept of 'the average Londoner'.
This metaphysics opened the door to a sort of existence for everything of which the mind can be aware - and the complications of exploring it were such that it came to be called Meinong's Jungle.

i don't know about other dimensions, but shakespeare did say that there's nothing new under the sun. so whether it exists in various dimensions of some other multiverse or not, it's likely that in our dimension, we're just seeing everything that's been done before. so, how would that effect the laws of physics in any particular dimension? recycled plots and reruns, i mean. would that somehow mess up the factual reality or just create another dimension within the dimension?
what the hell am i talking about?

I think that is a very true possibility (at least I hope so because I would really like to visit the fantasy universe I've created.)

Wouldn't that be an amazing idea! I doubt anyone here can answer your question honestly, though, 'cause that would mean they'd have gone and SEEN these worlds, you know? What a lovely idea...

Its Really a theoretical question. Scientists do believe That there are alternate dimensions. but there really isn't enough evidence to support alternate dimensions...
