How can I dye a T-shirt using natural materials?

I see many great colors in flowers and leaves, also bark.
Can these be used to dye material?
I really like the natural colors of this type of dyes as against commercial products.

I would like to work as a photographer, how do I start?

My favorite hobby is to take pictures and I think I'm very good at it. I mean, I take very good pictures (I have been told so by many people). My dream is to work as a photographer but I have no idea how to start. Any ideas or experiences? I live in the U.S.
