I wasted an awful lot of life attempting to find someone to love me. Now I am old, I have learned, love does not flow that direction.
You can only give love, and by giving it, you experience it. It moves thru your life filling you with the feeling of love. You will only be feeling loved to the extent that you love. If you give love, true love, not sex, I mean, but love without thought of yourself- wholeheartedly, your life will be filled with love. There is no way to get love, but there are a thousand ways to give it.
Get busy simply loving the people who are already near, don't tell anybody, keep it right in your heart, and you will see what love really is. And even when you are alone, you will never be lonely.

Sure. There is someone out there who will love you. You can't hurry love. You just have to wait. Sometimes it may seem forever, but when it happens, it'll be all the more beautiful. I wish you the best.
