Are there any international folk dance companies in the US that I could perform with?

I am a professional folk dancer, I'm Romanian and I study international folk dance as a minor at my university.

I'd suggest making a public name for yourself first, before attempting to enter the business. This might be done by participating in unpaid theatre productions that include folk dancing, then applying for roles in paid productions while advertising that your interested in doing competition dancing professionally.
