Does anyone know if the pictures that the Col. Potter character in M*A*S*H painted ( I do know someone else painted them) are for sale somewhere or what has happened to them. Am a huge M*A*S*H fan!

Just wondering....Are you left or right handed?

I am a lefty, I use my left hand for everything except controlling the computer mouse. I also kick with my left foot. I know that leftys are not really common. So, who's a lefty on yahoo answers.?

Why wont my new acer laptop burn video files onto dvd?.?

I had an older esystem laptop which burnt videos fine with sothink dvd maker.But the new acer converts video files but fails to burn them.Could the built in norton anti-virus have something to do with it?.I have also tried win-avi dvd burner but that did'nt work either.I am loosing my patience with it.Please does anyone have a solution for me.

i sold my house but they are not making the payments?

I sold my home in nevada and moved back to texas. The person who bought my home was suppose to move in and keep up the payments but just yesterday a neighbor called me here and said that someone has been living there for a few months but was not the person who bought the house. I called the bank that has the mortgage and he was suppose to keep up paying the mortgage but has not made any payments in seven months i knew nothing about because any notices go to the home ( we did not want the bank to know i did not live there ). I was able to get a telephone number of the person who lives there now and they claim they are renting to own but have not seen the person they are renting from in about 2 months after giving him $15,000 as a down payment.

I have been unable to call the person who bought it from me his phones have been disconnected.
The person who is living there claims they have received many letters from the bank but have just been sending them back

do i need a lawyer ?

My boyfriend gets upset when I'm tired?

My boyfriend doesn't get home from work until 9:30 or 10:30 then he comes home and takes a shower. By the time he's ready to settle down I'm so tired. He gets irritated with me because I want to go to bed and sleep. I get very frustrated when I'm tired so I think I'm snippy at him. Last night at about 11:00 I just wanted to go to sleep. He stayed on the couch and ended up sleeping there. Then when I get up this morning he's all pissed off because I went to bed without him. Then he went out to clear snow and when he came in he was upset that I didn't have breakfast made for him. I can't seem to make him happy. I don't know what to do. He's a wonderful man. I love him to death I just don't know how to get in his head to know what he's thinking. He left for work this morning without giving me a hug/kiss and saying "I love you"......

Question about the desert?

How come there is such a big difference between the temperature of the desert during the day and during the night? One of my friends says it has something to do with the clouds, they absorb light and radiation or something, but I didn't really understand her explanation.

Do you think The Freedom Writers Dairy is authentic???

I am sceptical... Of course, I know that these people do exist and that their work is inspiring, but being a quarter of the way through the book, I have being having doubts for the following reasons:

1. The diaries start from the very first day Ms. Gruwell taught the class. In fact Diary 1 seems to be written as if they have not encountered the new teacher yet. 'She'll probably sit us in alphabetical order to try to stop any fights.' Perhaps the diaries are being written retrospectively, but shouldn't this be clarified?

2. In Ms. Gruwell's second entry of Freshman Year Spring 1995, she says 'They hate reading and getting them to write is out of the question.' Yet why have students been writing consistently since Fall 1994?

3. Also in reference to Gruwell’s statement that her pupils hate writing, the standard of their writing so is out of place. In Spring 1995, one student writes 'The more I thought about this, the more the concept overwhelmed me. I began to analyze and reflect on my life, my many encounters with injustice and discrimination. It sounds strange, somewhat on the line between irony and absurdity, to think that people would rather label and judge something as significant as each other, but completely bypass a peanut.’ This writing is very advanced and not fitting for a fifteen year old who Ms. Gruwell describes as not being ‘conventionally smart.’

4. The pupils seem to gain enlightenment very quickly for people who are portrayed as being stubborn and set in ‘their gangster ways.’ One student writes at the beginning of an entry ‘This game is stupid; I’m not a peanut! And what the hell does world peace have to do with peanuts?’ At the end of the entry, this very same student writes ‘We won’t allow the colour of a man’s heart to be the colour of his skin, the premise of his beliefs and self-worth.’

I am not doubting the existence of the ‘Freedom Writers’, but I do wonder if the a large fraction of the diaries were written some time after the events, with the knowledge that they would be read world-wide and the aim of raising sympathy and money.

Help! My desktop looks weird....?

All the folders in my desktop looks in weird color.Is that anything wrong with my pc?I have scanned my pc for virus,adware and spyware but nothing went wrong about that.
