ah.. I like this question.
for me, life is like a test (you know, school exam). if we passed, we go to the next level (again, for me, it's heaven).
the fail ones, well, the go to "below"
you don't get second chance if you fail this exam. sorry. <- again, it's just my opinion.

Your life is a gift. You can do whatever you want to do with it. It's not all that complicated. The spiritual answer to your question is a little deeper. Picture your spiritual life as a cylinder shaped tapered piece of wood. You are not sure what to do with it so you ponder it and play with it and even use it to hit things with. You are puzzled and even get angry at it because you do not understand it. What you are seeking is the knowledge that you have been given a Baseball Bat and it was designed to play baseball with. Then it is still up to you if you choose to play ball or not.
That's the best way I can describe it. For better information read the Bible. It's the baseball handbook.

I would have to say that it is a compilation of your family friends and fellow man. I forget who said this but- It's not who you are but who you have been and what they will remember you for. Some people believe that success is determined on your wealth I have to disagree, I am very successful and long for my family which is a couple of thousand miles away. Happiness can be brought to an individual who volunteers to their community. To sum it all up- PEOPLE is the answer for everyone even if they are not an A typical kind of person. This is a tough question to answer and I hope I have helped.

Lifes about learning from your mistakes and improving your character, helping people and basically just being good/pleasent
So that you die in a state that people grieve over your death rather than think good he/shes GONE

I think the meaning of life is to love God, cherish my family, honor my country and serve in my community. Do the best I can to help others, and love all mankind, because most people need it.

This what Jesus taught that God is all about, who is the Source of all Life.
