It's not so much the machine as it is the coffee that you use. 100% Colombian is a good bet. Also coffee is subjective, one person will love it, and the next one hate it.

Cuisinart Brew Central DCC-1200,Best standard coffee maker.Reviews say the top-rated, 12-cup Cuisinart Brew Central coffee maker has nearly every feature you'd want, including a programmable timer, pause-and-serve, auto shutoff and an adjustable-temperature hot plate. Its small-batch setting is handy for making small quantities that taste as good as a full pot. Owners say that its coffee tastes great and that the nice-looking Cuisinart coffee maker is easy to clean. It also comes with an unusually long three-year warranty.
Braun AromaDeluxe KF510,
Where to buy Basic coffee maker.According to reviews, the Braun AromaDeluxe is a good-quality, simple coffee maker with no frills. While its brewing time is too long and the brewing temperature is not quite hot enough to make exceptional coffee (experts say brewing temperature should be about 200º F and brew time should be 5 or 6 minutes), most owners are perfectly happy with this machine. The well-designed carafe has a good handle. There's a pause-and-serve feature, but there's no programmable timer, auto shutoff, small-batch setting or brew-strength control.

It's a;l about the marketing! I would have a contest to kick things off at your sandwich shop!
Regardless of the coffee, people want to have great service and atmosphere to come back to.
By the way, your opening a sandwich shop! Concentrate on making awesome sandwiches.
Also, Make sure the bathrooms is super clean!
Good Luck!

Coffee - Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.com/wiki/Coffee
a long, informative article for when you have time
just a suggestion:
* a blend of Mocha Java (or an Indian coffee, if they are exporting it) + chicory which gives good flavor + Columbian coffee might be quite nice ...I would do 2 parts Mocha Java, 1 part chicory and 3/4 part Columbian.......a New Orleans blend (in the US) uses such a blend, but the third coffee they use is French roast which is quite zorchy for every day, so you might substitude Columbian .....just a thought
* also: for your 'milk', you might try adding a couple of tablespoons of evaporated milk to every liter of milk ... it does not alter the flavor, yet makes a robust warm cup
