to night i was out side my local walmart and a person that said he was a priest said that everything is pointing to 2012 and i am not very religious but he was so convinceing he scared me into looking for my holy book does any one out there know if 2012 is going to be it

i bomb at skiing but its lame
i went with my friends two years ago, and i was on my as s for a day but i just winging it and i was on a crappy rental board, i picked it up after two days
well, i dont remember anything anymore and im going to an actual mountain and im freaked out
any tips? im a women's 9 1/2 shoe size but what kind of boot or board or what the hell do i do?

i'm 17 and i want my parents to trust my boyfriend so bad... but i, or my boyfriend, don't know what else to do. my parents dont trust me alone in a car with him...so they wont let him drive me ANYWHERE... it sucks so bad.... i dont have my license... and he is a very respectable guy... my parents are very over-protective... and i hate it.... all i want is for them to trust him... and us... we havent done anything to show that we are not responsible or trustworthy.... any advice.... im juss holding on by a thread here.... thanx

Given a current geo-political issues on terrorism,

1. Every Country is getting affected by the same problem called
"Terrorism".
2. Every moderate human being (which constitutes more than
90%) feels "Wipe out the Terrorism"
3. Relgious Moderates (again which constitutes more than 90%)
feels "Religious Extremism needs to be eradicated").
Somehow Spiritual Thinking (every religion reaches the same
destination) is also on the rise.

At the core, Terrorism somehow related to the following
1. Patriotism
2. Religious Extremism
3. Ethnic Extremism

Is it not, Patriotism somehow fuelling the terrorism?
As a human being, are we not connected without borders.

Please share your thoughts and your valuable comments on my vague feeling on this new world order.

PS:
A popular tamil saying originally said by saint thirumular says “ondre kulam oruvane thevan” which means “one people and one God”. I think this saint foreseen the new world order.

im just wondering, like in a times of war or a serious national crisis and this particular spy holds very sensitive information, would he/she be condemned to hell?

note that spy did not willing want to die, they are only doing so to protect their country. And eventually the spy will spill the beans on secrets after being tortured relentlessly.

so in a way is committing suicide in this context a sacrifice?

My family has gotten a new 5-week-old puppy. He is part feist and (we think) blue heeler. He looks mostly feist and is very tiny. He is going to live inside. Our problem is that he is always barking when we put him in his cage. We only put him in there when we eat and when we sleep. He is very tiny but unbelievably loud. For the first few days he was in a blue box that was sort of tall and wide, and very good considering his size, but we got him a new wire one were he could see us. He still barks all night! Please don't suggest the clock method because we have already tried that. I know he is only 5-weeks-old but we aren't getting any sleep, PLEASE HELP!!! Please answer quickly and please don't be harsh!

Well, my dad hasnt had a day off in over a month. His boss doesnt even give him vacation weeks like other jobs do. He's been very, very cranky lately and he definitely cant go on like this. He works 15hrs a day, 7 days a week. Is it possible he can sue his boss?

Some people tell me they have seen others two kilometers from this one. When hit with a metallic tool, it emits light sparkles. What does this tell me about the history of this area in Haiti characterized by red soil, mountain. There is a mountain 7 to 10 miles away which looks like an extinct volcano one one side. The ocean is about 12 miles away on the other side.

I am currently writing a paper for my psychology class on the topic of nature vs. nurture. I am attempting to defend the thesis that it is nurture that determines most of a person's personality. The car has a 350 engine automatic with a brand new Edelbrock Performer 600 cfm 4 brrl carb and Edelbrock Performer Intake. I just installed them last week. Car starts and runs fine with no issues. I corrected the timing, changed spark plugs, oil, coolant, and all. But car seems to idle a little funny when I'm sitting at a stop light and in 1st gear. Its a very light irregular idle. When I hit the gas, it accelerates great. Could there possibly be a vacuum leak? Need an experienced mechanics help!! Thanks.

I just finished Deadwood, which was amazing, and I'm looking for another really good show to start. Shows I currently watch or have watched: Lost, Desperate Housewives, 24, The Office, 30Rock, Smallville, and The O.C.

I'd like to start up another series. If you have any suggestions I'd love to hear why you think that particular show is excellent. I'm open to dramas, comedies, dramadies--anything, really!
