The Scottsdale PD is stepping up to the plate and asking everyone ARRESTED for their proof of citizenship. If they do not have documentation, they are calling ICE and holding suspect for deportation. Great idea? I had know idea my city was doing this. I figured they would be like Phoenix, considering the people of Scottsdale are presumed to be hiring illegal workers for their lawn care..

Thoughts? Are we equal now? No racism? Because everyone has to prove they are..gulp..legally a citizen now.

Computer Monitor Issues?

Well I'm currently using my brother's computer and the monitor is just starting to act up. My old computer had the same problem until the monitor just finally decided to not work on with the computer. The problem is that the menu on the monitor constantly continues to pop up. When I try to hit the menu keys to exit it they either don't work or the menu goes away for a few seconds.

The monitor is an eMachine eView 17F3 CRT.

why are their people who answer questions on religion so rude?

why must they tell the asker that they are stupid or unintelegent?if i were to memorize the bible but not practice that religion,would i still be stupid.?does their church condone this act of judgment?

Why do so many non believers get on here, to either answer or ask questions about God or religion?

What is the point? male friend is pissing me off?

i have this male friend and he has been seriously upsetting me for awhile now. I have formed a small crush on him which i wouldn't have if he hadn't thrown signals out that he was interested in the beginning. like a drunken one night stand, wanting to take our relationship slow, and we did make out while we were sober. he is just getting out of a long relationship and has told my friend that he is torn about his feelings for her. he tells me he is not attaracted to me in that way. i have tried to change my feelings for this man but, whenever i get close he sucks me back in. he saw me and my now ex fighting one nite and after staring at me for 3 min he turns and just walks away. he then told me that he saw us but since we are still friends it didn't matter. and last night he pissed me off when we were iming i asked him to hang with me and my friends for new years eve because i trusted him and didn't want to spend it alone. he gets all quiet changes the subject and then refuses

why do I have a fear of being around ppl I dont know?

Its not in all situations. At school (i'm a senior) I'm fine, i enjoy making new friends and meeting new people.

outside of school is different though...

maybe its just because my family is here?

were having X-mas dinner early today, and there are a lot of ppl in the house i dont know. like i'm not sure how we even know them.

I jsut feel lik when i walk to the living room, thir all judging me or something.

I get nervous, and feel like some kinda loser.

I dont know why either.

some are adults theres a couple of teens and some kids.

I just feel so awkward in there.

I feel so infrier. and I have no reason to.

Guardian Angel?

A man went to the doctor for his annual checkup while his wife waited in the waiting area. The doc asked if there were any changes in the past year since his last check-up.
"I have a Guardian Angel now".
"Hhhmmmm. Tell me about him" said the doc.
"Well, when I wake up at 4am, he turns the light on for me when I go to the bathroom. When I'm done, I close the door and he turns off the light".
The doc scratches his head and says "Excuse me for a moment". The doctor then approached the man's wife in the waiting area. "Ma'am? I'm a bit confused. Your husband explained that he has a Guardian Angel now and that he turns the light on and off for him when he goes to the bathroom at 4am. What do you make of this?"
"He's been peeing in the refridgerator!"
