ive lost 50 pounds and im having trouble with loose skin folding.. how do i get rid of it?
im a student last yr of high school and i cant go to the gym and i have asthma so i cant run or anything

the only equipment i have is 12lb dumbbells.. i havent been using them though

help me please
i still have 10-20lbs left

Three years ago, I was on my way to work when I saw what I thought was a large house on a hill. It was about 4:30 in the morning and it was still dark, so I couldn't really identify it. It wasn't until a few hours later that I thought, "There's no house up there! What the hell was that?" It looked like a house or some kind of large building that was lit up. It's still a mystery to this day. I'm not crazy. I know I saw something up there that morning.

I was out of town for couple of weeks but she still came to my place and stayed in night with my room-mate. She said they played cards and slept in different rooms. Should i beleive that? Or should i dump her right away?

The History Channel no longer has history on it. There is almost never a legitimate show on it now. They used to show quality series on the Fall of Rome, Ancient Egypt, and they would profile ancient inventors, statesmen, kings, etc.

I think they have tried to popularize the content, and so it has lost its historical value. Now it is nothing but Ice Truckers, UFO's, MonsterQuest, Modern Marvels, and the "What if the end of the world comes tomorrow?" disaster shows. You may as well turn on CNN or the E! Channel. I think the point is that TV is so saturated with meaningless garbage, we should be exposed to something with more depth and meaning once in a while. With the "history" of food and makeup, you're better off just going shopping and buying a stack of magazines.

The programming director is insulting to our intelligence. Does anyone else agree with me? The history of ice cream production is not as historically significant as the discovery of written language!

I tried the dating scene here; it wasn't for me. I can get a lot of dates and more, but well I never found the person who can caress my soul or keep me intellectually. To my surprise, I found someone absolutely amazing through the internet. We shared photos, numbers, and we speak to each other everyday about everything. We've been speaking for at least 5 months now.

I decided to take a shot and try to date her. I am planning on moving to New Zealand. I renewed my passport and began saving; I have barely any college loans (<1000) and no cc balance. I am hoping to see her by October - November 2008. I am wondering, what is the best approach to finding an entry-point into NZ? I am looking at a working holiday visa which will enable me to stay, look for a job, and work up to a year with the prospect of getting a work visa or a residency. Is this possible? Is there a better approach to me moving over there? I really need help on this... it's at times overwhelming.

with no easy, quick solution in sight either.

life really is hell for me....i live alone in a one bedroomed flat, on sickness benifit.

im a 30 year old borderline personality sufferer.....ive isolated myself and only go out when i have to.....to pay bills.....do shopping etc.

ive missed important appointments for assesments for psychotherapy due to bad anxiety and panic..............now theyve discharged me and i have to re refered again.

my life feels it will never go anywhere, im trapped here in this tiny flat...ill never go anywhere.

i have very low self esteem...im clingy...not self assured....ive never ever made any friends in life....never been in a relationship.
im always rejected online by people i try to make connection with.....i think they sense my desperation.

i have physical worries : ive aged in the face badly...im overweight, get thirsty alot...worrying if i have diabetes.....i have 2 missing teeth...torn ankle ligaments..i can easily go over & twist my ankle
