My husband and I are moving out of the country, we want to lower our payments for the next 3 years so we can rent our home out and not be burdened by such high payments. We currently have a 30 yr fixed at 6.5%. Our home is worth 360,000. Is it feasible to refinance after owning our home for only a year and a half and get a lower interest rate/lower payments? It's our first home and we need professional advice. Who would we ask for real advice, we live in the DC Nova area and the market is in bad shape.

I just encourage all of us as we ask our questions to be open to answers that we may not want to hear but may make the most sense. If your looking for someone to agree with you, you'll find it. Someone will give you an answer that may support a decision that may not be the best for you. but knowing that one may agree with you, could give you a false confidence in what your doing is ok. I pray the majority of us are really looking for the answer that brings Glory to God, and not to just support what we want.

I had a dream about my daughter.She is 2 1/2 and in the dream, her, me and my boyfriend had bought a new car.We brought it to this mechanic place, and these three mexicans that were going to fix it.They were playing with my daughter and she was having a hay day.They said they had to go into this room to fix the part and my daughter wanted to go with. I said it was fine and they were in the room forever.Finally my boyfriend yelled at them to hurry and they came out.My daughter had a hand on her privates and she was crying.The three men had these smirkes on their faces and I was so angry.I grabbed one of them and started hitting his head on the concrete.He pulled out a butterfly knife and held it to my stomach and said he'd kill me.I told him he better or I'd kill him and I woke up.I started crying and had to ask my boyfriend if we'd bought a new vehicle.I felt sick, like I had failed to protect my daughter.

Not only is Rebecca Budig returning as Greenlee, I just read on About.com/All My Children Fans that Debbie Morgan and Darnell Williams are returning; Debbie will reprise her role as Angie Hubbard; not sure about Darnell since Jesse "died" in 1987; well, it is a soap. He can always be resurrected.

Hi, so i am completely terrible with words and being creative. I am after a little rhyme to write in my parents christmas card that explains the gift i got for them. I will quickly tell you the basics about what i got them,

For their christmas present, instead of buying them another typical christmas gift, i signed up at Animals Asia Foundation on their behalf and purchased a pot of raisins, some toys and a pot of honey for the moon bears that have been rescued. The moon bears have been caged in really nasty farms and had legs cut off and rusty catheters embeded into their stomaches for up to 22years, so the farmers can drain their bile, etc.
The foundation that that rescues and treats them is the one that i brought the gifts off.
Sorry i am really hopeless at explaining things. Which is exactly why i need your help. I was after something simple and lighthearted, even a bit cheeky / funny, just explaining what their gift is.
