I miss my tv shows! Its been soooo long since ive seen The Daily Show, The Colbert Report.......And now worst of all THEY POSTPONED SEASON 7 OF 24!!!!

The price is right is JUST NOT the same with Drew Carey doing it! I like Drew BUT I think he was a totally wrong pick for that show! I really like Millionaire even though I dont know all the answers!!!! Or the Newlywed game! My hubby hates it cuz I make him try to guess and if he's wrong I get to smack him! I haven't defaulted on any of my payments for two years and I've told them I'm moving out January 1st. I've already leased a new apartment for the next year thu 2008, so I'm at a point of no return. I don't know what to do with the keys for the condo when I leave... Has anyone here been in this situation before???

Christians are you suprised Jews know Hebrew and Armaeic (sometimes) and read the bible in its original form and insist they know what it is talking about? Such as their insistence that in their book of Isaiah it does not say Virgin but young lady and was not referring to the Messiah?

I moved out of my apartment on Nov 5, 2007. Since moving out, I didn’t hear from my landlord for 3 weeks. I called him to inquire about my security deposit and to remind him about the 30 day timeframe by which he had to mail it.

On Dec 3 I received a notice from the USPS notifying me of a certified letter which they attempted to deliver. I assume that this certified letter was from my landlord. I visited the post office the next day to retrieve my certified mail, however I was told that they could not find the letter. I was given the number to the office where the mail is sorted and I called them. I spoke with them several times over a week and the letter is still lost.

I notified my landlord about this on Dec 11, but have gotten no response from him.

Since I notified him about USPS losing my security deposit, is there an amount of time defined by law by which he must resend my security deposit? Or can I sue him since I never received it within 30 days in the first place?

Had the surgury on thursday last week, went back to work tuesday, i left early on wednesday, and i have an infection from the surgury that makes me feel awful.
